Ashakumary Lakshmikuttyamma has completed her PhD from University of Kerala, India. Currently she is working as an Associate Professor in department of Pharmaceutical sciences, College of Pharmacy, Thomas Jefferson University, USA. She has over 50 peer reviewed publications, and most of her publications have been well cited. Her publication H-index is 20. Her research concentrated on the drug discovery and identification of therapeutic target for triple negative breast cancer. Her research is also focused on the epigenetic alterations of different genes that contribute to the tumor metastasis of triple negative breast cancer.
